Plankton is the base of the food chain. The plankton is being infused with these toxic minerals poured into rivers an seas. Arcturian scientists have discovered a mutation within some plankton beds that allows the plankton to survive by absorbing the toxic minerals through osmosis. These plankton beds are in themselves very toxic to the food chain and within a decade they can be a substantial threat to ocean life, and even become a threat to the entire food chain. The projected danger is massive aluminum and mercury poisoning throughout the planet. The intent is to create large beds of healthy plankton that are resistant to pollutants and reproduce rapidly, counterbalancing the plankton beds that are mutating. Repairing plankton beds is a vital step to preserving life on earth and enhancing the evolutionary process.
